HAM AND YELLOW RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked, cubed ham
2 c. cooked, yellow rice
1 c. finely chopped celery
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion (juice or minced)
1 can mushroom soup, plus a little water
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Mix first 6 ingredients in buttered casserole. Spread soup over the top. Sprinkle corn flakes on top also slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Cook yellow rice according to package directions.
