IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up, or breast pieces
2 c. plain bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. butter

Mix crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in butter, then crumb mixture. Arrange in open shallow pan, pour rest of butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Do not turn but baste frequently.
