HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 lb. bacon
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
Potatoes

Cook vinegar, water, sugar and flour into a gravy. Fry bacon, cut in small pieces and drain. Cut up desired amount of potatoes into bowl. Add chopped onion, bacon pieces and pour dressing over all and mix lightly. Salt and pepper to taste.
