INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
3 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can pie filling

Add sugar and vanilla to softened cheese. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Put 1 wafer in each cup cake paper. Pour batter over wafer. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with fruit filling.
