MYSTIC PIE 
20 Ritz crackers
1 cup sugar
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Top with Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Crush crackers fine. Add 1/2 cup sugar.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly beat in 1/2 cup sugar. Combine crumbs and egg whites. Add baking powder, nuts and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into well buttered pie tin.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Cool. Top with Cool Whip when serving.
