FRESH PEACH PIE 
6 med. peaches
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Dash of nutmeg and cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 Pet Ritz pie shell
Cool Whip

Peel and slice, mix dry ingredients and combine with peaches. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shells and dot with butter. Cook at 400 degrees about 40 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
