FRESH PEACH CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
1 c. buttermilk
4 peaches, peeled & diced
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and brown sugar until light. Add egg. Sift flour, soda and salt together and add alternately with buttermilk. Stir in peaches. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle mixture of sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
