HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lbs. stewing beef
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. water
1/4 c. flour
1 clove garlic, minced (opt.)

Place meat in crock pot; cover with sliced onion. Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika and mustard. Stir in water. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on high 2 hours, then low another 6 hours. Dissolve flour in small amount of water; stir into meat mixture to thicken it (turn to high for 15 minutes). Serve over noodles or rice.
