SNOWBALL SALAD 
1 c. cream, whipped
1 c. drained crushed pineapple (drain for 2 hours or overnight)
1/2 c. nuts, cut fine
120 miniature marshmallows (about 1 full c.)

Mix together. Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours. Form into snow balls. Roll in angel coconut. Refrigerate overnight. Top with cherry. Makes 8 snowballs.
