CHICKEN WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) container whipped cream cheese with chives
8 strips uncooked bacon
4 tsp. butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pound chicken breasts flat. Spread each one with cream cheese and chives and 1/2 tsp. butter. Roll up. Wrap with bacon strip. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
