1 (3 to 5 oz.) pkg. jello (any flavor)
1 to 2 cups water (depending on size of jello)
whipping cream (I prefer regular over heavy cream)

Boil water and add jello. Small package uses 1 cup water and large package uses 2 cups water. Blend jello and water together thoroughly.

While jello and water cool briefly add whipping cream and whisk for a minute or two. Pour into bowl and store in refrigerator until set. A few hours.

Can add fruit if desired.
