POTATO CASSEROLE | |
24 oz. Ore-Ida hashbrowns 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. shredded cheese 1 onion, chopped 8 oz. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Arrange hashbrown in greased 13 by 9 casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with crushed potato chips. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes. |
