CHRISTMAS DIP 
2 sm. ripe avocados, peeled & chopped
1 ripe tomato, peeled & chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
2-4 tbsp. chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 sm. onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Cover and chill for at least one hour. Serve with raw vegetable pieces or corn chips.
