PRALINES - MICROWAVE 
1 c. whipping cream
1 lb. light brown sugar
2 c. pecan halves
2 tbsp. butter, room temperature

Mix whipping cream and brown sugar in a 4 quart glass mixing bowl, microwave on high for 13 minutes. Candy should be 234 to 240 degrees. Quickly add butter and pecans, stirring to mix. Drop candy by teaspoon onto waxed paper, allow to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
