UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained
1 c. coconut
2 eggs

Combine and beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar on top of cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

Boil until thick and spoon over hot cake. 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. coconut

Serve cooled with cream topping or ice cream.
