1/2 pkg. fresh spinach
1/2 head lettuce
1 #2 can bean sprouts, drained
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 pt. Betty dressing (chilled), found at produce section

Toss all together. Pour cold dressing.

BETTY DRESSING:

1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, chopped fine
