BEEF-TOMATO DINNER | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 3 c. water 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. chili powder 1 (4 oz.) can undrained mushroom stems and pieces 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni Brown beef in electric skillet at 325 degrees. Add onion, parsley flakes, tomato paste, water, salt, chili powder, mushrooms and macaroni. Bring to a boil. Cover, with vent closed; reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Reduce heat to warm for serving. Serves 5-6. |
