MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS 
4-6 lbs. chicken wings, cut up and discard first joint
1 c. light soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. pineapple juice or a little more
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. ginger, or less
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients except wings. Put wings in a large plastic bowl with a tight fitting cover. Pour sauce over wings; cover and marinate 24 hours in refrigerator.

Shake or turn bowl over a few times while these are marinating, making sure all wings get covered. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until they are tender and brown.
