ORIENTAL MICROWAVE TURKEY 
4 slices (1/4" thick each), cooked turkey breast
1 med. tart apple, cored & diced
1/4 c. non fat plain yogurt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. fruit chutney
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. unsalted roasted whole cashews
Cooked brown rice

Arrange turkey in a microwave safe 2 quart casserole. Scatter apple evenly over turkey. In a small bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, chutney, lemon juice, curry, ginger and Accent. Spoon mix evenly over turkey and apples. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes, rotating half way through heating time. Sprinkle with green onions. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Top with cashews. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
