ELAINE'S SURPRISE CAKE 
13x9 pan
24 creme filled Oreo's
1/4 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

1/2 gal. ice cream
1 c. peanuts

TOPPING:

2 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
13 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies and mix with butter. Press in pan. Spread softened ice cream over cookies, sprinkle peanuts over ice cream, cover and freeze.

Saucepan, combine powdered sugar, chocolate chips, evaporated milk and butter. Bring to a boil - cook 8 minutes, stir constantly. Remove and stir in vanilla. Cool 1 hour. Pour top over.
