HAM 
3 to 5 lb. ham
Piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap ham
4 oz. bottle Hickory Liquid Smoke, poured over ham
2 cloves garlic

Close foil and wrap ham tight. Slow cook low 8-10 hours or overnight. For glaze, melt 2 tablespoons butter, stir in 1/4 cup apricot preserves, 1/4 cup prepared mustard and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Brush ham generously with glaze. Bake 30 minutes, basting occasionally with glaze.
