FRESH CORN PUDDING 
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
2 c. corn
2 small eggs, beaten

Combine melted butter, flour, salt and pepper; stir in milk and corn. Blend eggs into corn mixture. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
