SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach, washed & broken into bite size pieces
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 hard cooked eggs

Toss salad ingredients; add sliced egg to top.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. MSG
1 clove garlic

Mix dressing ingredients and add to salad immediately before serving. Chill salad until ready to dress and serve.
