SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 lb. (1 c.) sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Fry meat. Cook spinach as directed and drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Top casserole with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
