1/2 lb. wide noodles Butter for frying Chopped parsley (optional) Croutons (optional) Fry cooked noodles in butter, add a pinch of paprika and garlic salt if you like. Fry to the consistency you like. Stir in some croutons and chopped parsley. Serves 4 to 6. |
