PEA SALAD 
2 lg. bags tiny frozen peas - DO NOT COOK
5 green onions, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. chopped walnuts or cashews
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1 c. (or more) small shrimp

Mix together all ingredients while peas are still frozen. Let sit 2 hours before serving. Keeps well in refrigerator and serves a lot.
