MOM'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 bushel tomatoes, cooked and sieved
8 green peppers, chopped fine
6 cloves garlic, chopped fine
12 onions, chopped
3 bunches of celery
3 hot peppers
5 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 pt. olive or vegetable oil
1 tbsp. turmeric
1 c. sugar

Add oregano and basil. Add all ingredients to tomatoes and cook until thick approximately 3 hours. Yields 8 quarts to freeze.
