POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes (freezer)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream

Cover top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. 45 minutes to 1 hour.
