16 squares semisweet chocolate
2 cans (3 oz.) chow mein noodles

Heat chocolate over hot water until almost melted. Remove from heat and stir rapidly until entirely melted. Add noodles, and mix lightly until they are completely coated with chocolate. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Cool until firm. Makes 2 dozen.
