ZUCCHINI AND SAUSAGE SOUP 
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 c. celery, cut in 1/2" pieces
2 lbs. zucchini, cut in 1/2" pieces
2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. basil
2 green peppers, cut in 1/2" pieces

Brown sausage in large pot and drain off oil. Add rest of ingredients except green peppers. Simmer, covered 20 minutes. Add green peppers, cook 10 more minutes.
