POTATO CINNAMON ROLLS 
6 eggs
2 c. mashed potatoes
2 c. warm water
2 yeast cakes
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt

Mix together potatoes, warm water and yeast. Let stand until yeast dissolves.

Beat eggs, add to potatoes and yeast mixture. Add sugar and shortening and enough flour to make sponge dough. Raise until double. Add salt and more flour to make sticky dough. Raise double. Roll out and add cinnamon, brown sugar, melted butter, nuts and raisins. Roll up and cut. Put in greased pan, raise double 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
