FOOLPROOF POPOVERS 
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
6 cold, ungreased custard cups

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir with a spoon until moist. Mixture will be lumpy. Pour into cold, ungreased custard cups, half full. Place in cold oven. Set the oven for 450 degrees, bake for 30 minutes. Don't open oven while baking. Makes 6.
