FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
2/3 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
1/2 c. softened butter

TOPPING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
Assorted fresh summer fruit: strawberries, blueberries, peaches, etc.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine cake mix, cracker crumbs, nuts and butter at low speed until crumbly. Blend in egg. Press mixture in ungreased 14-inch round pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

In small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, blend well. Beat in whipping cream until soft peaks form. Spread cream mixture on cooled crust. Arrange fruit as desired on top. Cut in to wedges. Refrigerate leftovers.
