FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) sugar cookie roll
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 bananas
1 box strawberries
1 c. grapes
3 kiwi

Slice cookie dough into 18 slices and press into a 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Combine cram cheese, vanilla and sugar; spread on cooled cookie dough. Arrange fruit on top. Cover with topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Cool and spread on top of fruit. This should be prepared at least 4 hours in advance.
