FRUIT KUCHEN 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. butter

APPLE TOPPING:

Apples
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

BLUEBERRY TOPPING:

Blueberries
3 tbsp. flour
Lemon rind
1 c. sugar

Cut butter into dry ingredients. Add milk and egg yolk. Mix into a soft dough. Press into pie pan or springform; be sure to make an edge. Chill for 1 hour. Fill with fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.

APPLE TOPPING: Peel, core and slice apples thin. Arrange on dough. Cover with the sugar, flour, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon butter.

BLUEBERRY TOPPING: Add flour and lemon juice to the sugar.
