2 2/3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
5 dozen chocolate kisses

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift flour, soda, and salt. Put aside. Beat butter and peanut butter. Add sugar and brown sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until smooth. Stir in flour mixture. Shape into 5 dozen balls. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes; remove from oven and press in chocolate kisses. Bake for 2 more minutes.
