ALMONDINE 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/4 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. dry white wine
7 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. chopped pimento

In medium saucepan, combine mayonnaise, flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, cheese and wine. Stir until cheese melts. In a large bowl combine mayonnaise mixture, spaghetti, chicken, broccoli, 3/4 cup almonds, mushroom and pimento. Toss lightly.

Pour into a 9 x 13 inch or 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Top with remaining almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
