APPLE NUT PIE 
Apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

CRUST:

1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Grease pie tins good with butter. Peel and slice apples in tin until full. Sprinkle mixture of 3/4 cup sugar, etc. Beat egg for crust. Add sugar, flour, melted butter, salt, vanilla and nuts. Add a little milk if not soft enough. Pour over apples and bake. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
