Chicken, skinned and boned Boil chicken then shut off. Let set in water for 1-2 hours. Then put chicken in jars. Pour juice over to cover leaving 1 inch head space and cover with lids. Put in cooker presser and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 10 pounds pressure. |
