CAN CAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 fryers, cut up 1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional) 1/4 c. dry white wine 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of chicken or broccoli soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup or chicken and rice soup 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese Place chicken in pan. Combine soups and wine and almonds. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle 1/3 cup Parmesan over all. Bake 1 1/2 hours or 2 at 350 degrees. OPTIONAL: May skin chicken before pouring soup mixture over all. |
