LIME AND BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 pkg. of lime gelatin (6 oz.)
2 c. boiling water
1 c. buttermilk
1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let cool. Add buttermilk and pineapple and refrigerate until set.
