SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. macaroni & cheese
1 1/2 lbs. sm. shrimp
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks chopped celery
4 tsp. butter
2 tsp. hot sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook macaroni and cheese as directed. Boil and drain shrimp. Add other ingredients. Line baking dish with half of macaroni. Pour shrimp mixture over this. Then spread remaining macaroni on top. Add strips of cheese on top if desired. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
