CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter

Mix together. Press in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool.

LAYER II:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together with mixer, then fold in 4 oz. (1/2 or 12 oz. carton Cool Whip). Spread on Layer I.

LAYER III:

1 lg. chocolate instant pudding
1 sm. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and spread on Layer II.

LAYER IV:

Spread rest of Cool Whip on top of chocolate mixture. Grate a Hershey chocolate bar on top and sprinkle a few nuts if desired. Chill and serve.
