FOUR LAYER CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 stick butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

Whip and spread over the first layer:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:

Mix together and pour over the second layer:

2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

FOURTH LAYER:

Spread over first three layers:

2 c. Cool Whip

Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
