BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. milk
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all of the above ingredients. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Pour into baked 8-inch pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff and spoon onto top of pie. Return to oven and brown at 350°F.
