“FAST AND SPICY GUACAMOLE” IS IN:

FAST AND SPICY GUACAMOLE 
2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 small fresh, ripe tomato, seeded and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
Juice of 2 small limes (about 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. finely chopped and seeded fresh jalapeno pepper (or to taste)

In a large bowl using potato masher or wooden spoon, mash avocados to a coarse puree; stir in remaining ingredients.

Serve with corn chips.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
