ASS KICKIN' GUACAMOLE | |
4 avocados 1 lime, divided 4 strips cooked bacon (crispy), drained and chopped 1 plum tomato, seeded and diced 1/4 cup diced red onion 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped 2 tbsp. cilantro 2 garlic cloves 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese cayenne pepper, to taste chipotle pepper, to taste salt and pepper, to taste In a bowl mash 2 avocados. Cube remaining 2 avocados and fold into mash. Squeeze in juice of half the lime. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add cayenne and chipotle to taste along with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips. Garnish with lime and cilantro. Makes about 2 cups. Submitted by: Kristen Schad |
