CC'S FRESH HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE 
Simple, yet great!

4 ripe avocados
6 cherry tomatoes, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
1/2 a white onion, diced
a small bunch cilantro (about a small hand full)
1/2 lemon
1/2 lime
1 tbsp. cumin
1/2 tbsp. cracked black pepper
1 tbsp. garlic salt

Cut, peel and remove seed of the 4 avocados. Place unmashed in a mixing bowl. Dice tomatoes, jalapeno, onion and add to the bowl along with the spices. Rise and chop cilantro and add to the bowl as well.

Squeeze the lime and lemon into mixture then mash and lightly mix together all ingredients with a fork. Try to mix well but don't mix too much -- you want to leave a few small pieces of avocado.

Tip 1: When squeezing the lemon squeeze with the lemon peel facing you and the exposed lemon in your hand to catch the lemon seeds.

Tip 2 (Storage): To keep your guacamole as fresh and green as the day you made it with no brown areas place guacamole in a plastic container with a lid and refrigerate.
