TURKEY FRUIT SALAD | |
1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. honey 1/8 tsp. ground ginger 1 c. chopped cooked turkey 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained 1 c. chopped apple 1 c. grape halves 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1/2 c. toasted pecan halves Combine mayonnaise, honey, and ginger; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Season with salt to taste, if desired. Chill; add additional mayonnaise before serving if desired. 6 servings. |
