HAMBURGER GOO 
1 lb. hamburger (brown)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. flour

Brown meat; pour off fat. Add celery and onion, brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Sprinkle flour over top and stir well. Simmer 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Serve in buns.
